Psalm 149:1 says “Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, And His praise in the congregation of the godly ones.”

Psalm 115:1 also says that “Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.”
